  • acrylic glazing is subtly vandal resistant

  • panels have rebated artwork mural cast into them that wraps around the entire building

  • cultural overlay of artwork creates community ownership

  • sawtooth roof configuration ensures natural light access to centre of building

  • operable glazed walls allow library and meeting room to be secured for after hours access

  • massing of building allows observation of all spaces from central service desk
